Energy saving reformation of a public building in Shanghai central city

Considering existing problems of the building, performs the energy saving reformation by applying EPS decorative integration insulation to the external wall, spraying polyurethane foam waterproofing insulation material on site and painting reflective insulation material on the roof surface, and replacing split air conditioners with VRF multi-split air conditioning system. Analyses the reformation costs. A testing result indicates that the building energy consumption can be reduced by 20 tons of standard coal annually with energy saving ratio of 39% through the reformation of the building envelope, air conditioning system and illumination system.
